About this role
Full-time, long-term contract Project Specialist supporting Westinghouse nuclear project delivery. Manage project documentation, schedules, data, and communications across cross-functional teams. 4-day work week (on-site).
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Project Document Library, Management Plans, and Work Breakdown Structures
- Organize, analyze, and track project data; prepare and update Project Status Reports
- Support project scheduling, cost estimation, and risk/operating experience management
- Communicate with vendors, team members, and stakeholders; participate in and occasionally lead project meetings
- Track project status for actions, documents, and implementation; prepare for project audits
- Execute project process flows; meet deadlines while maintaining quality and ensuring plans are approved, communicated, and maintained
Preferred qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in technical, business, or vocational field (e.g., electronics). 2+ years of project management or nuclear experience. Knowledge of PMI-PMBOK and INPO 09-002 Excellence in Nuclear Project Management.
Location, schedule, and travel
On-site, 4-day work week with 3-day weekends. Local to area required; no relocation offered.
