Required qualifications
- 3+ years of Lead Electrician experience with nuclear power plant background
- Experience as JM (Journeyman) electrician in nuclear power
- Proficiency in maintenance modifications, conduit/support installation, copper and fiber cable installation, cable terminations, and power/control panel installation
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical safe work practices, clearance order verifications, and temporary power installation
- Multi-meter usage including Live-Dead-Live testing; Raychem splicing of low-voltage systems
- Ability to read, write, speak, and test in English without interpreter (US nuclear requirement)

Lead Electrician role at Palisades Nuclear Plant (Covert, MI) supporting Westinghouse's nuclear operations. Full-time contract position (6–12 months) requiring 3+ years of lead electrician experience in nuclear power plant maintenance, modifications, and installation work.
Responsibilities
- Act as key resource for look-ahead planning of electrical activities
- Lead electricians to complete project work and meet established milestones
- Execute electrician work including maintenance modifications, conduit/support installation, cable installation and termination, and power/control panel installation
- Report to management on potential problems, working interference, and schedule deficiencies; assist in resolving identified issues
- Adhere to all safety requirements and immediately report any safety concerns
- Report to Site Project Manager and Manager of I&C Installation Services

Onsite at Palisades Nuclear Plant, Covert, MI; full-time contract position (6–12 months)
