About this role
The Work Week Manager II oversees all activities leading to execution of work weeks at the Callaway Energy Center, a 800+ person nuclear facility in mid-Missouri. You'll coordinate planned maintenance, prioritize nuclear and personnel safety, and maintain unit production capability as a critical driver of cycle plan success.
Responsibilities
- —Lead the organization in developing, understanding, and executing the Work Management process utilizing teamwork
- —Communicate with all personnel involved in developing and executing scheduled or emergency work to ensure proper execution
- —Develop online schedules considering current and projected plant conditions, regulatory requirements, risk assessment (ED-ZZ-01129), and Cycle Plan alignment
- —Minimize safety and risk significant equipment out-of-service time through schedule design
- —Chair daily schedule update meetings to ensure work completion
- —Chair T-Week meetings to schedule work with minimized risk
- —Facilitate post-work week critique meetings to improve the work management process
- —Approve all work additions and deletions for upcoming workweeks
Qualifications
- —High School Diploma or equivalent
- —Six or more years power plant experience
- —Four years relevant nuclear power plant experience
- —Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and human relations skills
- —Security screening clearance for Callaway Plant access
Desired
- —Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- —Prior experience as a licensed operator or operations supervisor (RO/SRO/SRO Cert)
- —Experience coordinating projects or planning and executing work
- —Experience with scheduling software
Location
On-site at Callaway Energy Center, mid-Missouri; security screening required for plant access.
