Online I&C Scheduler
About this role
The Online I&C Scheduler at Callaway Energy Center (Ameren) integrates surveillance testing, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities for an 800+ person nuclear facility in mid-Missouri. You'll develop schedules for Technical Specification Outages and other equipment outages while maintaining PM program integrity and supporting plant operations. This role is critical to coordination between the I&C (Instrumentation & Control) systems team and overall plant maintenance strategy.
Responsibilities
- —Develop fragnets for Technical Specification Outages (TSO), Risk Significant equipment outages, and Functional Equipment Group (FEG) outages as designated by the Cycle Manager or Work Week Manager
- —Maintain the schedule throughout the T-Week process and sequence jobs/tasks through logic ties and assign Schedule Grades
- —Bundle work by FEG for efficiency and normalize resource assignments based on availability and priority of work
- —Maintain the integrity of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program through proper scheduling
- —Attend T-Week meetings to support sequencing activities and resolution of scheduling issues
- —Assume Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duties in accordance with Callaway Energy Center Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP)
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of directly relevant experience, OR Associate's Degree and 4 years of directly relevant experience, OR High School Diploma and 6 years of directly relevant experience
- —Directly relevant experience in maintenance scheduling/planning, project scheduling, maintenance, operations, engineering, or work management in a power plant environment or equivalent military, heavy industrial, or manufacturing environment
- —Proficiency with EMPRV or other work management software
- —Demonstrated ability to think in logical sequence, work with multiple work groups, and plan and prioritize assigned work
- —Security screening required for Callaway Energy Center access
Desired
- —Maintenance scheduling experience in nuclear power plant environments
- —Proficiency with Primavera or similar critical path method (CPM) scheduling software
- —Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Location
Standard day shift in office/plant environment at Callaway Energy Center, mid-Missouri; callouts and rotating or outage schedules may be required during refueling outages.
