About this role

Lead records management and document control operations at Constellation's nuclear Clean Energy Centers. Supervise RM staff, ensure NRC and internal regulatory compliance, and oversee implementation of nuclear records management programs across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

—Supervise Records Management staff, manage hiring, and handle personnel turnover
—Ensure compliance with Constellation nuclear records management and document control initiatives, procedures, and policies
—Administer records storage, retention schedules, and document distribution per regulatory requirements and Standard Records Retention Schedule
—Conduct assessments on RM program implementation and performance on scheduled basis
—Manage technology contracts and evaluate systems associated with RM activities
—Participate in industry committees (NIRMA, ARMA) and represent the facility in records management issue resolution
—Ensure compliance with business plans and budget requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of nuclear or records management experience, OR Current/Previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of nuclear or records management experience, OR Associate's degree with 7 years of nuclear or records management experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of nuclear or records management experience. Must maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access as applicable. Favorable medical examination results required.

Desired

Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems (Asset Suite 9) and ECM solutions (EDMS, FCMS); Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database software; Programming skills (MS Access VB, Web Services, SQL); Knowledge of nuclear facility records and document control processes; Supervisor experience with represented personnel
