About this role
Temporary laborer position supporting Ameren's Energy Centers in Missouri and Illinois, including nuclear and coal-fired plants. Up to 1,000 hours per calendar year performing general labor, cleaning, and maintenance support under direct supervision.
Responsibilities
Perform general labor and cleaning in and around Energy Centers on equipment in operating areas and shops
Support operating, construction, repair, and maintenance of generating station property
Operate electrical and air-powered tools, sump pumps, and hoisting/rigging equipment
Perform scaffolding and platform work
Complete similar and less skilled work as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Successfully complete the EEI power plant battery aptitude test

Location
Rotating or day shift schedule. Locations: Alton IL, Festus MO, Labadie MO, Arnold MO (coal-fired plants), or Fulton MO (nuclear plant).
