Supervisor responsible for overseeing Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Maintenance Division at Crane Clean Energy Center nuclear facility in Middletown, PA. Direct craft personnel supervision, work coordination, regulatory compliance, and safe plant operations support.

Responsibilities

—Supervise I&C craft personnel to ensure assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively in accordance with CEC procedures, NRC regulations, and schedules
—Ensure department personnel are properly trained, qualified, and supervised, including emergency plan qualifications
—Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management for assigned employees
—Communicate significant CEC and personnel issues to Maintenance Manager and applicable management levels
—Foster open communication and collaboration with internal and external organizations including INPO and regulatory agencies
—Participate in work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online operations, load reductions, outages, and refuel activities
—Administer Maintenance processes including training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and Corrective Action Program (CAP)
—Supervise vendor inspections and equipment repairs; ensure effective procurement and use of materials, parts, tools, equipment, and M&TE
—Perform emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support activities as directed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience OR Associate's degree in technical discipline with 4 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with 2 years of related experience. Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements as applicable. Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Desired

Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Proficiency with electronic work management systems. Minimum 3 years experience in nuclear power plant operations.
