Storekeeper I, II or Sr- Div Ops
About this role
Storekeeper position (I, II, or Sr. level) at Entergy Arkansas supporting nuclear and conventional operations through material management, inventory control, and equipment handling. Role involves receiving and shipping materials per DOT requirements, managing inventory in Maximo, coordinating with schedulers to support work orders, and maintaining compliance with SOX and safety-sensitive protocols.
Responsibilities
- —Receive, inspect, and process deliveries and shipments; prepare materials and equipment for shipment per DOT requirements
- —Pull, order, and issue materials and supplies to support operations and maintenance work orders
- —Perform data entry and transaction management in Maximo material management system; organize and maintain records per SOX requirements
- —Conduct inventory cycle counts, reconcile stock levels, and organize warehouse materials
- —Operate forklift, telehandler, and powered industrial lift truck equipment
- —Coordinate with Senior/Planner Scheduler to secure parts and materials for scheduled work
- —Research material questions, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution of inventory problems
- —Identify, inspect, prepare, and process materials for salvage or disposal per environmental and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- —Current motor vehicle operator's license in good standing
- —High school degree or equivalent
- —Certification to operate powered industrial trucks (required)
- —Computer skills including Maximo, Passport, and Work Management systems
- —Ability to manually lift 50 lbs and operate powered industrial lift trucks and electric pallet jacks
- —Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- —Subject to mandatory pre-employment and random drug testing (Safety Sensitive position)

- —Knowledge of stores concepts, methods, and electrical materials nomenclature
- —Problem-solving ability to resolve material inaccuracies and inventory discrepancies
- —Ability to document, track, and coach other material operators on errors
- —Knowledge of environmental regulations and DOT/hazmat requirements
Location
Onsite in El Dorado, Arkansas; up to 25% travel; non-exempt position; available for emergency callouts and extended hours.
