Storekeeper (ANO)

Storekeeper role at Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO), a two-unit Entergy nuclear facility near Russellville, AR. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and managing nuclear-grade materials in a distribution warehouse. Requires ANSI/ASME N45.2.6 certification for material inspection and dedication to ensure safety and regulatory compliance for reactor operations.
Responsibilities
- —Perform inspections, examinations, and testing of purchased materials per ANSI/ASME N45.2.6 Level I and II standards; review and approve inspection, examination, and testing procedures and results
- —Receive, unload, inspect for damage, count, and properly store materials in warehouse bin locations
- —Pick, pack, and ship materials using RF handheld equipment or paper pick lists; process field returns
- —Perform accurate inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain inventory data
- —Operate powered industrial lift trucks and electric pallet jacks for material handling (up to 50 lbs manual lift)
- —Print and apply shipping labels; perform basic data entry and computer lookups
- —Maintain housekeeping and warehouse organization standards; support health, safety, quality, and lean initiatives
Qualifications
- —2–3 years warehouse stores or related materials management experience
- —Certification to operate powered industrial trucks
- —Ability to manually lift 50 lbs and safely operate lift trucks and pallet jacks
- —Basic mathematical skills and problem-solving ability for inventory reconciliation
- —Familiarity with electrical materials nomenclature
- —Basic computer proficiency (data entry, lookups)
- —Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- —Unrestricted facility access clearance required
Desired
- —Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
- —Knowledge of warehouse stores concepts and methods
Location
On-site at Arkansas Nuclear One, Russellville, AR. Unrestricted facility access clearance required. Candidate must reside locally or be willing to relocate. Up to 25% travel. Safety-sensitive position subject to mandatory pre-employment and random drug testing.
