Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience, OR Associate degree with 10 years of related experience, OR High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in previous position of responsibility (Ops Shift Manager, Ops Shift Supervisor, Maintenance FLS, Engineering, or Work Management)
- Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements as applicable to nuclear facilities
- Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Senior Work Week Manager at Constellation Energy, the nation's largest clean energy producer. This role directs planning and execution of maintenance schedules across nuclear facilities, ensuring Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance, safety adherence, and operational efficiency while leading cross-functional teams of planners, schedulers, and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for assigned work weeks, ensuring Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance while minimizing safety challenges
- Oversee work week schedule execution with minimal oversight, maintaining online risk coordination and efficient implementation across all departments
- Provide direction to planners, schedulers, Project Managers, and support personnel for effective schedule development and execution
- Manage priority emergent work and forced outage coordination as required
- Evaluate scheduling execution performance data and develop weekly performance analysis reports for Performance Accountability Review meetings
- Coach, mentor, and develop work management organization members
- Ensure fleet and Clean Energy Center goals are met during execution week
- Cross organizational boundaries to resolve scheduling conflicts with all departments and Project Managers
- Perform emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support duties as directed
Preferred qualifications
- Strong personal computer (PC) scheduling software knowledge
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification
- Engineering or Technical Degree
Location, schedule, and travel
On-site at assigned Constellation Clean Energy Center; must maintain unescorted access requirements for nuclear facilities.
