Sr Work Week Manager at Constellation directs development and execution of detailed maintenance and modification schedules for nuclear facilities. Coordinates across all departments to ensure compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rule requirements, minimizes online risk, and manages schedule execution with minimal oversight during assigned work weeks.

Responsibilities

—Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for assigned work week ensuring Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance while minimizing online risk and safety challenges
—Manage assigned work week schedule execution with minimal oversight, ensuring Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rule compliance
—Provide direction to department planners, schedulers, Project Managers, and support personnel for effective and accurate schedule execution
—Manage priority emergent work for assigned work week
—Evaluate scheduling execution performance data and develop weekly performance analysis reports for Performance Accountability Review meetings
—Cross organizational boundaries to resolve conflicts that challenge schedule safety and performance
—Ensure fleet and Clean Energy Center goals are met during respective execution weeks
—Coach, mentor, and develop other members of the work management and CEC personnel
—Assist in forced outage coordination and emergency response duties as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience OR Associate degree with 10 years of related experience OR High School diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience. Demonstrated leadership abilities from previous position of responsibility (e.g., Ops Shift Manager, Ops Shift Supervisor, Maintenance FLS, Engineering, Work Management). Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, and favorable medical examination/testing in accordance with position duties.
