Sr Planner Scheduler
About this role
Sr Planner Scheduler at Constellation executes planning and preparation of Turbine Services work packages and schedules outage and non-outage activities across nuclear/clean energy facilities. You will enforce procedures, apply Human Performance fundamentals, and mentor teams to drive continuous improvement in maintenance, modifications, and surveillance.
Responsibilities
- —Plan and prepare work instructions for corrective maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, and modifications
- —Select and approve procurement recommendations for all materials needed for work package execution
- —Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective/preventive maintenance, modification, and surveillance activities
- —Interface with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to identify and resolve work package issues
- —Develop, revise, and review maintenance procedures to maintain compliance with codes, standards, and vendor recommendations
- —Coordinate, develop, and update discipline schedules for effective planning and resource allocation
- —Develop detailed, accurate schedules and reports for execution feedback and management tools
- —Coordinate with CEC work management to ensure interactive schedule components are met
- —Assist in development of contingency plans with Project Managers and Field Leads
- —Support work package customization and schedule both outage and non-outage work scope
- —Identify required tooling, parts, materials, and consumables for work package development
- —Enforce procedure use, Human Performance fundamentals, and Technical Human Performance techniques with coaching and mentoring
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, OR Current/previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
- —Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements as applicable
- —Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
Desired
- —Work Schedule program knowledge (Primavera P6)
- —Asset Management knowledge (Asset Suite)
- —Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) training as applies to discipline in reactor or turbine projects
Location
Onsite at Clean Energy Center facility; shift pattern and travel requirements not specified
