About this role

Senior Manager leading Constellation's Valve Services across a fleet of nuclear and conventional power plants. Serve as Corporate Functional Area Manager, providing strategic direction, establishing fleet-wide standards, and overseeing maintenance execution for valve systems across all operating units.

Responsibilities

—Develop and implement standards, programs, processes, and best practices for Valve Services across the fleet
—Build common work execution templates, schedules, and implementation practices with precision maintenance focus
—Oversee fleet online and outage execution through performance monitoring, audits, self-assessments, and lessons learned
—Foster innovation and drive fleet standardization for valve maintenance best practices
—Execute and manage significant Valve Services contracts with OEMs and external vendors
—Provide technical expertise and functional direction to Clean Energy Centers
—Develop and direct nuclear technical support functions and programs for Valve Services
—Hire, develop, retain, and mentor talent within the organization
—Perform emergency response duties and support outage activities as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10 years overall experience (including 4 years power plant and 4 years nuclear power plant experience with supervisory/managerial experience), OR Associate's degree with 12 years experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 14 years experience (same power plant/nuclear requirements); Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license acceptable in lieu of degree; Maintain minimum or unescorted access requirements as applicable; Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
