Senior Maintenance Program Specialist at a large nuclear energy facility responsible for developing, implementing, and managing maintenance programs that support plant safety and operational readiness. Key duties include program coordination across nuclear safety committees, performance analytics, business analysis, and emergency response support.

Responsibilities

—Coordinate department core functions including inspection readiness, performance indicator generation, Knowledge Transfer and Retention oversight, and Plan of the Day material generation
—Perform analytical functions supporting self-assessments, benchmarking, Work Group Evaluations, and formal investigations
—Track and maintain completion of department actions and Performance Improvement Action Plans
—Support committees including New Work Screening Committee, Maintenance Rule Expert Panel, Plant Operating Review Committee, and Surveillance Frequency Change Program
—Execute business analyst functions: contract management, budget development and tracking, forecasting, and workforce planning
—Oversee special projects and contract personnel; function as backup Front Line Supervisor and support Emergency Response Organization positions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years related experience, OR Current/previous SRO License with 5 years related experience, OR Associate's degree with 7 years related experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years related experience. Must maintain minimum or unescorted access requirements and pass favorable medical examination.

8 years utility or related-industry experience; Corrective Action/Root Cause Analysis training; Root Cause Evaluator qualification; knowledge of contract management
