- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 3+ years of experience in a technical/engineering role or 3 years of experience as a project manager in a technical industry such as engineering, manufacturing, nuclear or construction.
- Beneficial: Broad technical knowledge of nuclear power plants desired.

- The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200 to $106,500 per year.
About this role
About the role: As a Senior Reload Engineer you will responsible for all project management aspects of Nuclear Fuel Reload Engineering Projects for your assigned customer(s) within our Nuclear Fuel organization.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary customer interface for engineering activities including managing external communications, preparing/leading status meetings or other customer meetings, and leading emergent issue response.
- Be the lead contact for internal communications for the customer.
- Assume responsibility for gathering customer required responses.
- Lead internal technical team interactions.
- Review and understand contractual requirements to ensure project-specific deliverables and customer requests comply with contractual requirements.
- Perform lead role for business offer activities, including serving as the Technical Input Lead for the offer process.
- Promptly respond to customer needs to support quick offer turnaround time.
- Maintain critical working relationships with customer personnel.
- Be the focal point for customer requests.
- Manage customer scope change requests.
