Responsibilities

  • Develop 3D models, detailed manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials for complex electro-mechanical first-of-a-kind tooling
  • Assemble and test custom equipment through design evolution from prototype to finished product
  • Develop and validate test procedures for systems to ensure compliance with design specifications
  • Operate final tooling systems in customer nuclear facilities
  • Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior engineering team members
  • Perform classical hand calculations and FEA analysis to qualify systems and components against applicable codes and standards

Location, schedule, and travel

Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite at Ontario offices (Kitchener, Burlington, or Peterborough); remote flexibility available across Canada
