Senior Delivery Stream Engineer
About this role
Senior Delivery Stream Engineer at Westinghouse managing procurement and delivery of valves and components for domestic nuclear projects and AP1000 restart initiatives. Oversee the full procurement lifecycle—from planning through customer turnover—while coordinating supply chain, engineering, quality, and project management across Westinghouse, supplier, and customer sites.
Responsibilities
- —Develop and implement program management models to ensure WEC's participation and profitability in the AP1000 Energy System Portfolio
- —Forecast program performance, identify risk areas, and develop mitigation strategies to meet safety, quality, and financial goals
- —Serve as trusted partner to Delivery Stream project procurement leaders for major customer projects and primary project interface for project management and status reporting
- —Lead and provide oversight to delivery stream teams across Westinghouse, supplier, and customer sites
- —Lead decision-making strategy development for procurement of components and equipment; develop strategic sourcing strategies with GSCS partners
- —Collaborate with design engineering and quality to develop document submittal and witness/hold point requirements
- —Provide supplier strategy and procurement planning including supplier identification, technical evaluations, quality audits, and RFQ package creation
- —Track schedules, identify risks, monitor costs, and report progress against defined financial and schedule milestones
- —Coordinate with suppliers on performance monitoring and capacity assessments
- —Oversee training and mentoring of new hires and existing employees on customer projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering; minimum 4 years experience (typically 8+ years); Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; high initiative, accountability, and team building capability.

Hybrid position based at Global Headquarters in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania (Greater Pittsburgh Area)
