Senior Customer Solutions Engineer
About this role
Senior Customer Solutions Engineer for Westinghouse Instrumentation & Control Systems supporting nuclear safety systems and setpoints. Develop tailored I&C solutions for nuclear customers by analyzing requirements, coordinating with engineering teams on cost/schedule/compliance, and managing offer development through closure.
Responsibilities
- —Analyze customer requests and requirements to develop competitive I&C solutions for nuclear safety systems
- —Gather market intelligence and identify emerging customer needs in nuclear instrumentation and control markets
- —Coordinate offer development with engineering teams to determine labor, material costs, schedules, and compliance requirements
- —Facilitate cost estimates, risk analysis, technical descriptions, project schedules, compliance matrices, and cash flow analysis with subject matter experts
- —Support finalization and issuance of offer letters with Commercial Integration team
- —Participate in technical and commercial meetings with nuclear utility customers
- —Develop and present technical presentations to customers and stakeholders
- —Report on product opportunities and drive toward closure
- —Support resource and financial planning
- —Facilitate resolution of customer issues and capture lessons learned
- —Attend industry conferences to develop and maintain customer relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; 1–3 years of experience in an industry technical role; experience with SharePoint Administration
