About this role

Administer Constellation's NRC Fitness for Duty (FFD) program across nuclear facilities. Conduct drug and alcohol testing (pre-access, random, follow-up, post-accident, for cause), maintain FFD database records, and ensure 10 CFR 26 and 10 CFR 73.55-73.57 compliance. Support access authorization and employee in-processing with 24/7 on-call availability.

Responsibilities

—Conduct fitness for duty testing at multiple work locations (pre-access, random, follow-up, post-accident, for cause) to maintain NRC and DOT regulatory compliance
—Maintain accurate FFD database records of test results and employee information; generate reports and implement FFD processes with strict confidentiality
—Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on drug and alcohol testing procedures; assist in implementing Constellation's Nuclear FFD Program per 10 CFR 26, 10 CFR 73.55-73.57
—Qualify and maintain certifications for breath alcohol and urine specimen collection; conduct Blind Performance testing per 10 CFR 26
—Operate Personnel Access Data System (PADS); maintain knowledge of federal regulations, NEI documents, NRC Inspection Procedures, and Site Security Plans
—Qualify and execute functions as Level 1 and Level 2 Reviewing Official in support of in-processing activities
—Coordinate FFD programs across Nuclear, DOT, and Power business areas; support site in-processing and outage schedules
—On-call 24/7 for Access Authorization and FFD concerns; respond outside normal business hours and support emergency response activities
