- About the role: As a Radiation Engineering and Analysis intern you will be part of the REA team and support its continued growth.
- This is a paid 25 hour per week internship, with a total duration of 6 moths, starting in September.
- You will be eligible to receive course credit.
- You will report to the Director of Radiation, Waste Management & Decommissioningand be located at our HQ in San Sebastián de los Reyes.
- Main Responsibilities: Neutron transport calculations in and around the reactor vessel Review plant drawings and build transport models.
- Perform fluence, activation, heating rate, and dosimetry calculations.
- Critically analyze results and produce technical documentation.
