Production Engineer at Westinghouse's nuclear fuel manufacturing facility in Västerås, Sweden. Manage technical documentation for fuel assembly manufacturing processes including welding, sheet metal forming, machining, and heat treatment. Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and operational efficiency while working directly with production teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain production documentation and work instructions for fuel manufacturing operations
- Drive continuous improvements in safety and quality across welding, sheet metal forming, machining, and heat treatment processes
- Provide technical support to production teams and ensure optimal operating conditions
- Monitor TAK/OEE results and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance production performance
- Collaborate with support functions to develop and deploy production improvements

- SAP experience
- Lean production principles knowledge
- Prior manufacturing environment experience
