3+ years of experience in development, design, and testing of specialized electromechanical equipment

Responsibilities
Develop concepts for equipment and processes used to repair nuclear power plant components
Collaborate with design engineers to transform concepts into working solutions
Support development, testing, and qualification of new equipment, including customer reviews and on-site activities
Contribute to First-Of-A-Kind (FOAK) projects and guide products from prototype to deployment
Prepare comprehensive project documentation including Work Instructions, Development Programs, Test Reports, and Bills of Materials
Lead technician and engineer teams on-site as site technical lead once product expertise is established
