About this role

Principal Installation Representative for Capital Projects at Constellation's Clean Energy Center, responsible for developing and overseeing installation plans for facility modifications from initiation through closeout. This role manages supplemental workforce activities, ensures compliance with Technical Specifications and site procedures, coordinates vendor work, and tracks schedule and cost performance.

Responsibilities

—Develop and oversee installation plans for CEC modifications from initiation through closeout
—Ensure accountability to Technical Specifications and CEC procedures
—Function as Task Manager overseeing supplemental workforce work activities
—Coordinate between vendors, develop cost estimates, and schedule work activities
—Hold field work coordination meetings with interfacing groups and facilitate intradepartmental communication
—Ensure installation plans adhere to schedule and track costs
—Reinforce safety expectations and monitor safety performance of supplemental workers
—Capture performance data in Supplier Financial Management System (FMS)

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
—Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license (preferred alternative pathway)
—Maintain minimum or unescorted access requirements as applicable
—Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Desired

—Financial/budget management experience
—Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
—Proficiency with electronic work management systems
