About this role
Lead turbine/generator refueling outage projects across Constellation's nuclear facilities. Direct cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and closeout of major maintenance outages while managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications to ensure safe, reliable operations.
Responsibilities
- —Develop detailed outage plans, assign personnel, and define work scope using life cycle cost management systems
- —Execute refueling outage services applying expert turbine/generator knowledge and technical expertise
- —Manage project budgets, schedules, and fiscal accountability across all participants
- —Serve as primary liaison with plant management and major vendor service organizations
- —Direct project completion and close out financial and technical documentation
- —Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive adoption across multiple Clean Energy Centers
- —Coach, mentor, and manage performance for direct reports and outage services personnel
- —Communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to corporate and facility leadership
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree with 8 years power generation experience, OR Associate's degree with 10 years power generation experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years power generation experience
- —Demonstrated leadership in minimum 3 refueling outages
- —Current or ability to maintain unescorted nuclear facility access
- —Pass favorable medical examination per position duties
Desired
- —Managerial experience including strategic planning, goal-setting, and budget management
- —Turbine/generator technical background
- —Strong communication and interpersonal skills
