Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline. Six or more years of technical or customer-oriented experience in fuel engineering or related field. Proficiency in SAP for data review and reporting. Strong analytical skills to manipulate and analyze data from multiple reporting formats. Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and business segments. Understanding of regulatory compliance and offer/marketing processes.
About this role
Lead Westinghouse's Fuel Engineering Services strategy and product portfolio. Identify customer needs, develop multi-year fuel product solutions, and drive innovation in fuel engineering services for utility customers. Manage product roadmaps, financial forecasting, and business case development to grow the Fuel Engineering Services business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Fuel Engineering Services product strategy and portfolio plan
- Establish technical understanding of fuel engineering products and maintain product-related databases
- Forecast financials and resource demand while incorporating cost improvement goals and emerging technologies
- Identify unmet customer needs and guide strategic solutions to meet customer value and regulatory requirements
- Support fuel engineering product development stage gates and technical roadmaps
- Develop business cases to justify innovation investments and demonstrate ROI
- Collaborate with internal organizations and customers to grow the Fuel Engineering Services business
- Ensure compliance with offer/marketing processes including technical descriptions, cost estimates, risk assessments, and commercial database management
