Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline; six or more years of technical or customer-oriented experience in fuel engineering or related field. Proficiency in SAP for data review and reporting. Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize abstract concepts and divergent information. Understanding of offer/marketing processes including technical descriptions, cost estimates, risk assessments, and commercial database management.
About this role
Lead the Fuel Engineering Services team at Westinghouse to develop and deliver innovative fuel solutions for utility customers. Drive product strategy, customer engagement, and technical leadership to grow the fuel engineering business. Manage the Fuel Hardware and Engineering Solutions portfolio while identifying unmet customer needs and developing strategic solutions that satisfy industry regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Fuel Engineering Services product strategy and translate it into the Fuel Hardware and Engineering Solutions portfolio plan
- Establish technical understanding of fuel engineering products, maintain product-related databases, and support product development stage gates and technical roadmaps
- Forecast financials and resource demand; identify cost improvement opportunities and incorporate innovative technologies
- Identify unmet customer needs, develop strategic solutions to create customer value, and ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal organizations and business managers to grow the Fuel Engineering Services business
- Develop business cases to justify innovation investments and demonstrate positive return on investment

Hybrid schedule based in Cranberry Township, PA facility
