Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; 5+ years of relevant experience; demonstrated broad product knowledge of NSSS offerings, including Reactor Vessel and Reactor Vessel Internals components.
About this role
Lead customer solutions and proposal development for Westinghouse's Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) component design and aging management. Drive complex technical negotiations with utility customers on reactor vessel and internals components to secure contracts and grow revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead proposal development and oversee complex negotiations with customers to obtain contracts that contribute to profit margin and revenue growth
- Analyze request for quote requirements and coordinate scope/cost estimates, develop pricing strategies, and secure order entry
- Assist Project Management and Contract Manager on contract changes and financial forecasting (SOPAR) to assess financial timing and results
- Build consultative relationships with customer, operations, maintenance, and engineering decision-makers to enhance Westinghouse's market position
- Present complex technical and financial information to Westinghouse leadership in both informal and formal presentation formats
- Facilitate opportunity management and interface with Account Teams and Commercial Integration to maintain opportunity database (D365)
- Support Growth Planning, Important Opportunity Review, Marketing Material development, and Capture Plan Development
- Develop Customer Solutions Management skills within the organization and ensure succession planning coverage
Location, schedule, and travel
Cranberry Township, PA; hybrid arrangement, 1–2 days per week on site
