About this role
Coordinate planning, scheduling, and procurement of maintenance activities at Entergy nuclear plants to support safe, reliable operations. Manage inventory, maintenance backlogs, outage scheduling, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance across preventive/corrective maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance planning activities to ensure materials and manpower resources are available for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and fault-finding activities
- Manage, prioritize, and schedule all maintenance activities; build weekly schedules and manage backlog while identifying emergency break-in work
- Maintain work management system (AIMM) documentation with current work requests detailing scope; close out completed work with descriptions and man-hour logging
- Manage day-to-day storeroom activities and monitor inventory levels in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Perform long-range outage planning for preventive/corrective maintenance tasks and auxiliary projects; develop outage work schedules
- Manage annual maintenance contracts and coordinate contractors for both routine and outage work; manage VRC process for outage resource support
Preferred qualifications
Experience in outage and daily scheduling; Primavera (P6) project management software; work management systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Willis, Texas; onsite role; up to 25% travel.
