About this role

Constellation is seeking a Performance Improvement Specialist to lead site implementation of nuclear performance improvement programs including Corrective Action Process (CAP), self-assessments, benchmarking, human performance, and INPO-related activities. This role oversees program execution, analyzes performance data, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to drive operational excellence at nuclear facilities.

Responsibilities

—Implement performance improvement (PI) programs including Corrective Action Process (CAP), Self-Assessment (SA), Benchmarking (BM), Human Performance (HU), Operating Experience (OPEX), Safety Culture (SC), and Nuclear Safety Review Board (NSRB) activities
—Review site performance data and identify adverse trends using observations, CAP, SA, BM, OPEX, and performance indicator data
—Support CAP investigations and issue reviews (IR)
—Manage and track performance indicators
—Coordinate cross-functionally to prepare Management Review Meeting (MRM) packages
—Support INPO evaluation readiness, scheduling, and course scheduling
—Perform emergency response duties and coverage as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 2 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 4 years of related experience, OR High school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience. Must maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements as applicable. Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
