About this role
Lead operations and execution of Westinghouse's Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Installation Services product line. Manage project delivery, staffing, profitability, and strategic growth for field service operations across nuclear customer sites. Oversee P&L, team resources, equipment strategy, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver I&C Installation field projects at customer sites safely and in full compliance with contracts and nuclear regulatory requirements
- Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring aggregate margin delivery meets or exceeds product-specific financial objectives
- Oversee team of employees supporting contract delivery; coordinate with resource managers and recruiters to staff projects with full-time, contracted, union, and non-union resources
- Develop and implement equipment and tooling strategy necessary to deliver projects
- Ensure staffing of trained, qualified personnel consistent with contractual and regulatory requirements, including preparation, resource strategy, equipment/tooling readiness, and site execution
- Support I&C Customer Solutions Manager and Product Manager with product strategy, offer development, capital and innovation investments
- Analyze customer needs and develop unique solutions addressing customer concerns
- Support offer development led by Sales, Marketing and Customer Solutions teams
- Develop strategic focus and vision for operations, promoting culture aligned with organizational goals
- Foster culture emphasizing customer service, human performance fundamentals, radiation protection practices, and safety
Location, schedule, and travel
Waltz Mill facility, Madison, PA; 25–30% travel required
