Required qualifications

- Experience working with advanced simulations, Machine Learning, or data analysis

About this role
Lead modeling and simulation strategy and execution within Westinghouse's Dynamic Simulation Lab. Drive expansion of nuclear simulation capabilities through computational fluid dynamics, nuclear engineering analysis, and AI/ML integration. Collaborate across Westinghouse organizations and external partners to identify emerging simulation needs and introduce advanced technologies to optimize nuclear products and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead specific projects within the Dynamic Simulation Lab and engage in simulation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Westinghouse to identify modeling and simulation needs and assess ongoing activities
- Monitor modeling and simulation developments within the nuclear industry and related fields
- Initiate and participate in external collaborations with industry partners and research institutions
- Introduce new technologies, including AI/ML, to improve simulation workflows, optimize products, and expand simulation applications
