10+ years of supply chain experience including leadership role on technical design projects

Understanding of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems engineering

General understanding of financial models and ability to engage with executive-level customers

Lead instrumentation and control (I&C) delivery for Westinghouse AP1000/AP300 nuclear construction projects. Manage procurement, supplier coordination, and system turnover while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are met.

Develop and implement program management models aligned with global execution strategies for APX projects

Forecast program performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to achieve safety, quality, and financial goals

Lead cross-functional Delivery Stream teams across Westinghouse, suppliers, and customer sites

Guide procurement strategy and component sourcing decisions in collaboration with Supply Chain partners

Serve as primary contact for project management, status updates, and delivery responsibilities to customers

Mentor new hires and employees new to customer projects; support staffing forecasts and bid opportunities
