About this role

Constellation seeks a Maintenance Program Specialist at Peach Bottom Generating Station to develop, implement, and manage maintenance programs supporting the Maintenance Department. This role combines program coordination, regulatory compliance (NSRB, INPO, NRC inspections), performance analysis, and business functions with potential emergency response responsibilities in a nuclear generating station environment.

Responsibilities

—Coordinate department core functions including inspection readiness (NSRB, INPO, NRC), performance indicator generation, and Knowledge Transfer & Retention (KT&R) oversight
—Perform analyst functions supporting Corrective Action Program (CAP), self-assessments, benchmarking, and formal investigations
—Maintain and track department Performance Improvement Action Plans (PIAPs) and completion of department actions
—Support Maintenance Rule compliance, Surveillance Frequency Change Program, and Configuration Control Committee
—Execute business analyst functions including contract management, budget development, tracking, and forecasting
—Manage program ownership (weld program, lifting and rigging) and serve as Department Training Coordinator
—Support Emergency Response Organization (ERO) positions and emergency response activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, OR current/previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 2 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 4 years of related experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience
