Maintenance FIN Supervisor- I&C

Supervisor of the Instrumentation & Controls Fix It Now (FIN) Team at Braidwood Nuclear Power Station. Lead daily maintenance operations, crew scheduling, and work planning to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant station performance. Responsible for policy development, work order management, and coordination with operations and shift leadership.

Supervise FIN Team Planner and work crews; provide guidance and direction on daily maintenance tasks

Design and implement policies and procedures for FIN Team operations

Consult with Work Week Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Field Supervisors on significant problems; facilitate operations support and issue resolution

Approve return of incomplete work via Work Week Management process and manage work order backlog

Conduct annual performance reviews of FIN Team members

Perform emergency response, provide departmental coverage, respond to call-outs, and support outage activities as directed

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, OR Current/Previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience

Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements as applicable

Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Previous supervisory experience
