Supervise the Fix-It-Now (FIN) Team at Constellation's nuclear facility, overseeing daily maintenance operations, work prioritization, and crew coordination to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance. This leadership role requires nuclear industry experience and supervisory capability.

Responsibilities

—Supervise FIN Team Planner and work crews; provide technical guidance and mentoring
—Design, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for the FIN Team
—Collaborate with Work Week Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Field Supervisors on operational issues and system problems
—Review and approve return of incomplete work items through Work Week Management process
—Conduct annual performance reviews and evaluations of FIN Team members
—Analyze work order backlog, prioritize maintenance activities, and optimize crew scheduling
—Respond to emergencies, provide departmental coverage during outages, and support facility-critical maintenance activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree + 5 years related experience, OR current/former SRO License + 5 years related experience, OR Associate's degree + 7 years related experience, OR High school diploma/GED + 9 years related experience. Must maintain access or unescorted access requirements. Favorable medical examination required.
