Inside Sales Engineer
About this role
Inside Sales Engineer supporting Westinghouse Parts Business operations. Primary customer contact managing quotations, orders, and cross-functional coordination across sales, engineering, pricing, and supply chain for nuclear parts and products.
Responsibilities
- —Develop and process customer quotations and orders for standard nuclear parts/products using Pega and SAP software/database interfaces
- —Manage quote turnaround time by coordinating with company partners and ensuring timely deliverable dates
- —Support customers with accurate communications and 24/7 emergency support for operational issues
- —Review customer specifications with Global Westinghouse Parts Business organization to identify technical and commercial issues and create pricing
- —Work with outside sales managers to implement projects and identify growth opportunities based on customer interactions and sales history
- —Work with internal Westinghouse organizations to resolve customer delivered deficiencies and support invoice resolution
- —Prepare and compile reports relevant to customer satisfaction and internal performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from accredited university; 6+ years professional experience in sales, engineering, or supply chain management; knowledge of applicable technical products and services; strong data administration skills with Enterprise Resource Planning systems; experience balancing multiple sales opportunities and stakeholder management; contract review, interpretation, negotiation and amendment experience; fluency in English; Czech or Slovak required.
Desired
Proficiency in Pega and SAP software; Slovene language skills.
Location
