About this role
Short-term contract I&C/Testing Supervisor role (September–mid-October) at Westinghouse's Bridgman, MI nuclear facility. Direct technicians during refueling outage, oversee instrumentation and control testing and implementation work, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
Responsibilities
- —Direct technicians and all work activities during outage scope
- —Ensure all work is completed safely, thoroughly, and without error following work packages, drawings, specifications, procedures, and standards
- —Review and walk down work packages before work begins; verify sufficient completion and closeout
- —Ensure all personnel are trained and qualified to perform assigned work
- —Serve as primary contact between management and other work groups
- —Perform pre-job briefs before work start
- —Manage P6 scheduled work and communicate daily updates
Qualifications
- —5+ years experience in supervision or oversight of maintenance personnel or activities
- —Previous I&C experience
- —Previous experience at Westinghouse client site
- —Residence within 50 miles of Bridgman, MI
- —Pass criminal background check, drug/alcohol screen (including marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing

Onsite in Bridgman, MI; short-term contract September through mid-October; must reside within 50 miles of job location
