Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting within nuclear facility systems
- Supervise electrical crews, ensuring safe work practices, adherence to nuclear safety protocols, and high-quality performance
- Conduct inspections to verify all work meets NRC requirements, industry codes, and nuclear safety standards
- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, safety checks, and crew performance
- Manage crew logistics, scheduling, and issue resolution on-site
Preferred qualifications
Journeyman electrician certification; OSHA safety training; DOE Q Clearance or nuclear site clearance; knowledge of 10 CFR 50 and NRC compliance requirements
