About this role

Lead field operations for turbine floor outage execution at a major nuclear energy producer. Direct maintenance teams through safe, efficient outages while enforcing procedures, human performance standards, and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

—Direct turbine floor personnel to execute assigned maintenance activities safely, effectively, and in accordance with procedures and schedules
—Participate in work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refuel outage activities
—Communicate and escalate CEC and personnel issues to Outage Services & Alliances (OS&A) and facility management
—Foster open communication and collaboration between internal and external organizations
—Oversee turbine generator disassembly/reassembly projects, turbine deck lay-down coordination, and equipment mobilization
—Interface with management and contract personnel on project execution
—Manage resources to meet contractual obligations, project milestones, and company profit objectives
—Administer OS&A processes including training programs, surveillance programs, procedure revisions, and Corrective Action Program (CAP)
—Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of business goals and objectives
—Enforce Human Performance (HU) fundamentals and Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques with coaching and mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience. Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements as applicable. Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
