About this role

Lead turbine floor outage execution at nuclear facilities, directing maintenance teams and coordinating complex refueling and online outage activities. You'll enforce procedures, apply human performance principles, and drive continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

—Direct turbine floor personnel to execute assigned maintenance activities safely, effectively, and in accordance with procedures and schedules
—Participate in work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refuel outage activities
—Communicate and escalate CEC and personnel issues to Outage Services & Alliances (OS&A) and CEC management
—Foster open communication and collaboration between internal and external organizations
—Oversee multidisciplinary project activities including turbine generator disassembly/reassembly, turbine deck lay-down coordination, and equipment mobilization
—Interface with management and contract personnel to coordinate resources and tooling
—Manage resources and facilitate work to satisfy contractual obligations, meet project milestones, and optimize company profit
—Administer OS&A processes including training programs, surveillance, procedure revisions, and Corrective Action Program (CAP)
—Identify and support improvement opportunities and implement Business Goals and objectives

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, OR
—Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license and 5 years of related experience, OR
—Associate's degree and 7 years of related experience, OR
—High school diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience
—Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements as applicable
—Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
