Manage pipe supports engineering team at Westinghouse's Cranberry Township facility, overseeing resource allocation, staff development, and regulatory compliance for nuclear energy customer projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage resource allocation and team deployment for customer nuclear projects
- Develop and implement training and qualification programs for staff
- Provide technical support for nuclear product development and project implementation
- Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance across Westinghouse sites
- Implement personnel performance improvement and skills development processes
- Oversee process documentation and ensure work aligns with established procedures and company goals
Preferred qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) or P-Eng certification
- Knowledge of Legacy Westinghouse and AP1000 reactor designs
- Experience managing engineering teams

Cranberry Township, PA; hybrid (2 days on-site per week)
