Engineering Manager, Pipe Supports
About this role
Manage pipe supports engineering team at Westinghouse's Cranberry Township facility, overseeing resource allocation, staff development, and regulatory compliance for nuclear energy customer projects.
Responsibilities
- —Manage resource allocation and team deployment for customer nuclear projects
- —Develop and implement training and qualification programs for staff
- —Provide technical support for nuclear product development and project implementation
- —Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance across Westinghouse sites
- —Implement personnel performance improvement and skills development processes
- —Oversee process documentation and ensure work aligns with established procedures and company goals
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline
- —Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible leadership experience
- —1+ years of negotiation experience
- —1+ years of experience with advanced technology products and systems
Desired
- —Professional Engineer (PE) or P-Eng certification
- —Knowledge of Legacy Westinghouse and AP1000 reactor designs
- —Experience managing engineering teams
Location
Cranberry Township, PA; hybrid (2 days on-site per week)
