Engineering Analyst
About this role
Engineering Analyst III supporting Westinghouse asset management operations. You will serve as a data steward managing and analyzing asset and location data within IBM Maximo, ensuring data integrity and enabling data-driven decision-making across maintenance and engineering teams at nuclear facilities.
Responsibilities
- —Gather, prepare, and load/import asset and location data from multiple sources into the Maximo system
- —Map source data to Maximo fields and perform quality checks including drawing reviews
- —Validate and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within Maximo
- —Extract, clean, and analyze data from Maximo to support business objectives
- —Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to identify data needs and improve asset lifecycle management
- —Troubleshoot and resolve Maximo-related data issues and discrepancies
- —Automate workflows and streamline reporting processes
- —Provide recommendations based on data trends and predictive analytics to improve preventive and corrective maintenance
- —Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and data migration programs for Maximo
- —Train users on automated data entry, reporting tools, and best practices for maintaining data quality
- —Maintain dashboards and reports for asset performance, maintenance activities, and compliance
Qualifications
- —Experience working with IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems
- —Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- —Understanding of asset management processes and reliability principles
- —Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- —Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- —Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related technical discipline, or 8+ years of equivalent experience

Houston, TX; 12-month contract; onsite
