- Experience or previous project work related to Manufacturing, Project Management, or Supply Chain
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio, and Teams

About this role
Support end-to-end management of project, product, and service deliverables for Westinghouse's nuclear energy programs including AP1000, AP300, and eVinci reactors. Coordinate supplier evaluations, customer communications, and project execution across multiple energy systems portfolio projects.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-PO and post-PO procurement activities to ensure readiness and predictable delivery of nuclear components and systems
- Identify, evaluate, and down-select suppliers; facilitate negotiations and communicate technical and quality requirements
- Collaborate with GSCS, Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Performance Engineering on project planning and execution
- Participate in Supplier Proposal and Compliance Matrix review meetings
- Develop supplier oversight plans and manage oversight execution in partnership with Supplier Performance Engineering
- Review supplier submittals and coordinate Westinghouse technical review resource allocation
- Manage supplier commitments including change and contract management post-purchase order
- Provide periodic schedule and customer status updates per project requirements
- Ensure all required Supplier PO scope is complete including fabrication, testing, and documentation
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure Quality Releases (QR) and Quality Assurance Data Packages (QADP) are completed for equipment shipments
- Work with Westinghouse Logistics to arrange shipment of nuclear equipment

Hybrid role based in Poland; up to 20% travel required, primarily within Poland and Europe
