About this role

Lead engineering operations at a nuclear power station for Constellation, the nation's largest clean energy producer. Manage engineering personnel and oversee technical programs ensuring safe, efficient station operations and NRC regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

—Manage the engineering function to meet station needs and regulatory requirements
—Direct performance and development of assigned engineering personnel toward site and corporate objectives
—Provide engineering and technical leadership on short-term and long-term programs impacting site operations
—Participate in business planning, budget development, and performance reviews for assigned staff
—Serve as senior resource for company-wide programs on standardized engineering systems and processes
—Support emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage activities

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) or related science, OR Professional Engineer License, OR Active/Inactive SRO License
—5 years of engineering or related experience, including at least 1 year of nuclear power plant experience
—Compliance with ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard for Nuclear Power Plant Personnel
—Ability to maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access with favorable medical examination and testing results
