About this role
Electrical Testing Engineer supporting Westinghouse Field Services' Special Tests operations across Spanish nuclear power plants and conventional energy facilities. You will execute and supervise electrical testing activities—including sensor installation, cable aging assessment, transformer testing, and motor/generator diagnostics—in highly regulated nuclear and industrial environments under strict safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise electrical testing activities including sensor installation, cable aging assessment, transformer testing, and motor/generator testing
- Prepare, calibrate, and maintain test equipment and instrumentation systems
- Develop test procedures, technical reports, and quality documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across nuclear, energy, and industrial environments
- Work in compliance with nuclear safety and quality assurance requirements
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in electrical testing within nuclear, energy, or industrial facilities
- Knowledge of instrumentation and measurement systems
- Ability to interpret technical procedures and quality documentation
- Experience with transformer, motor, and generator diagnostics
Location, schedule, and travel
National and international travel required; field work primarily in Spain with deployments to other nuclear and industrial facilities abroad.
