Customer Care Specialist
About this role
Constellation PowerLabs Customer Care Specialist serves as the single point of contact for assigned customers, coordinating testing and calibration service requests, order entry, scheduling, and status updates. You'll work closely with technical staff and sales teams to fulfill customer needs while managing vendor relationships and onsite service coordination for nuclear plant equipment and components.
Responsibilities
- —Establish and prioritize customer requirements to ensure organizational accountability and customer satisfaction
- —Process customer requests for outsourced testing and calibration services and procured materials
- —Create and manage vendor purchase orders, ensuring appropriate terms, quality, and technical requirements
- —Manage vendor relationships and provide customers with schedule updates
- —Handle requests for quotes (RFQs), manage due date commitments, and expedite services as needed
- —Provide status updates, facilitate repair transactions, and schedule pick-up and deliveries to clients
- —Coordinate and schedule customer onsite testing and calibration services for nuclear plants
- —Serve as liaison between support technicians and engineers performing onsite customer services
- —Process purchase order revisions and coordinate technical support for field personnel
- —Ensure onsite services are properly closed out to deliver value to customers and PowerLabs
- —Work with Constellation Nuclear plants to ensure equipment availability for outages
- —Collaborate with PowerLabs Sales and Marketing to promote services
Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technical or business-related discipline with 1 year of related experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience. Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements as applicable. Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
Desired
Customer service experience; experience in procurement of services or materials; experience managing or coordinating projects.
