- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Cognizance in at least one technical area: Integrated Systems Engineering, Control Systems and Setpoints, Nuclear Steam Supply Systems, Protection and Safety Monitoring System, Product Development (hardware and software), or Independent Verification & Validation/Test Engineering
- Command of responsible subject matter and product application life cycle and design process for assigned subject matter area
- Ability to travel up to 10% for peak project times

Lead a Controls Engineering team overseeing the Dominion and SNC Project portfolio at Westinghouse's Warrendale facility. Manage project schedules, costs, and technical risks across software, hardware, functional system design, and testing. Mentor engineers, drive resource planning, and serve as primary technical liaison between functional teams and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Dominion and SNC Project portfolio and manage schedule/cost drivers
- Drive accurate demand signal to departments and resource load schedules with Project Managers
- Manage technical risks and challenges across software, hardware, functional system design, and testing
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and develop recovery plans
- Mentor new engineers and lead the mentorship program
- Serve as lead contact for Functional Area Leads and Project Managers
- Conduct succession planning and resource management

Hybrid role based in Warrendale, PA; up to 10% travel for peak project times. No relocation assistance provided.
