About this role
Support selection, development, and maintenance of CAD engineering tools within the Global Operating Services (GOS) organization at Westinghouse. Manage plant data across multiple engineering applications, troubleshoot software issues, and oversee 3D modeling and drawing creation for nuclear plant engineering disciplines (Civil/Structural, Electrical, Piping).
Responsibilities
- Support CAD Administration Lead in daily operations and administration tasks
- Plan, schedule, and complete assignments independently within project schedule and budgetary constraints
- Oversee creation and development of 3D models and related engineering data for nuclear plant design disciplines (CSA, Electrical, Piping) using multiple CAD software applications
- Oversee creation and revision control of drawings derived from 3D models
- Manage data management tools used to store and maintain CAD plant data
- Perform software administration tasks, communicate with software vendors, and approve license usage
- Develop interface connections between CAD management tools and enterprise software solutions for data collection and reporting
- Lead process improvements and development of standard CAD procedures
