1133 Senior On-Line Manager - Hope Creek
About this role
Senior On-Line Manager at Hope Creek Nuclear Station responsible for overseeing and directing the implementation of on-line work management processes. This hybrid fixed role requires a nuclear power plant expert with engineering credentials and extensive experience in maintenance, operations, or project management. Requires ability to respond during emergency restoration efforts on non-routine schedules.
Responsibilities
- —Partner with station department managers to integrate various scopes of work to be performed
- —Oversee the workweek process and establish strategic plans for the respective unit
- —Develop and implement programs to ensure online work is appropriately scheduled and risk assessments are conducted
- —Establish, implement, interpret and maintain a cycle plan and interface with other departments
- —Oversee On-line Work Management personnel in day-to-day activities in preparation and implementation of the workweek
Qualifications
- —BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent education/experience
- —At least 10 years of nuclear power plant experience
- —10 years experience in one or more of: Maintenance, Operations, Work Management, or Project Management
- —Meet and maintain nuclear requirements for Unescorted Site Access
- —Valid Real ID or approved alternate documentation by May 7, 2027
- —Compliance with Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR 810
Desired
- —Current or previous SRO license or certification
- —Ability to maintain and apply working knowledge of PSEG Standards for Business Controls
Location
Hybrid fixed (mix of remote and onsite work on fixed days each week) at Hope Creek Nuclear Station. Must be able to respond during emergency restoration efforts on non-routine schedules.
