4–5 month on-site contract instructor role at Westinghouse's Monticello, MN nuclear facility. Deliver SRO-level training in classroom, simulator, and plant environments to non-licensed operators, license candidates, and shift leadership. Responsibilities
- Deliver training in classroom, simulator, and plant environments to non-licensed operators, initial license candidates, licensed operators, and shift leadership
- Develop and maintain training materials including lesson plans, simulator scenarios, evaluation tools, and JPMs
- Instruct, evaluate, and support performance improvement and corrective action programs
- Assist with simulator fidelity verification and regulatory compliance (NRC/ANSI standards)
- Participate in emergency response organization, refueling outages, and plant issue response
